National Criminal Intelligence Resource Center (NCIRC) - General Resources: "Technology Toolbox for Police (Public)
The Technology Toolbox for Police is supported by the Counterdrug Technology Assessment Center (CTAC) as administered by the Special Programs Office of the Electronic Proving Ground. Originally conceived to support the CTAC Technology Transfer Program, the toolbox resource is designed to accommodate more broadly the law enforcement technical investigator community and is seeded with equipment manuals, reports, and other links identified by fellow technical investigators. Toolbox users are active members of the law enforcement technical investigator community. The Technology Toolbox application is located on the Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS)."
